All I do for ice cream is freeze coconut milk or get the vegan stuff...way easy

Honestly, the best ice cream is frozen banana and cacao powder or dessicated coconut, coconut shreds, nothing to do with the cows. Whip it in a blender with some berries and coconut sugar or stevia.
